BREAKFAST:
- Orange Juice (1/4 cup juice & 3/4 cup water)
- Rice Cereal (1/2 cup)
- Banana (1/2)
- GFCG toast (1 slice) with Omega Margarine (2tsp) and Simply Fruit Jelly (1 tsp)
- Turkey Sausage (1 link / patty)
- Milk Alternative (1 cup)


LUNCH:
- Grilled Hamburger (3 oz)
- GFCF Bread / Bun (2 slices / 1 bun)
- Tomato and Lettuce
- French Fries (3/4 cup)
- Milk Alternative (1 cup)


AFTERNOON SNACK:
- Protein Muffin ( see recipe )
- Fruit Juice (1/4 cup juice & 3/4 cup water)


DINNER:
- Rice Pasta (1 cup) with Olive Oil
- Grilled Chicken Strips (3-4 oz)
- Brocolli & Cauliflower (1/2 cup)
- Orange (1)
